📢 How bookings work at Ayyan Fireworks: As per the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India order, online sale of firecrackers is banned. Our website is a booking platform only — no online payment is collected here. You plan your order in the cart, click "Book Now", and our team calls to confirm. Payment is taken offline (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Bank Transfer, or Cash at delivery). After payment realisation, we deliver directly to your home in Chennai through our own delivery team.

Welcome to Ayyan Fireworks Chennai. These Terms & Conditions govern every booking made with us through our website, WhatsApp or phone call. By placing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted every clause below.

1. Supreme Court Order — Booking-Only Website

As per the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India order, online sale of firecrackers is banned across India. Accordingly:

Our website is used only as a catalogue and booking tool. No online payment is ever collected on this website.
When you click "Book Now", your booking is sent to our team as a request. It is not a confirmed order.
Our team will contact you at +91-9962111831 to confirm availability, price and delivery schedule.
Payment is collected offline only (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Bank Transfer, or Cash at delivery).
A booking becomes a confirmed order only after payment realisation.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver directly to your home in Chennai through our own delivery team. We do not use courier services, interstate shipping, railway parcel or any third-party logistics. Bookings from outside Chennai will be cancelled.

Minimum booking value — ₹2,500
All discounts (if any) and promotions (if eligible) will be applied as mentioned on the website and automatically calculated towards the bill amount.
All bookings will be processed only after payment realisation.
Once we receive your payment, we will send confirmation and the delivery date and time.
Items are subject to availability. In case of unavailability of a particular item, the amount paid for that item will be refunded at the time of delivery.
Bookings once confirmed cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given.
In case of any dispute, the company's decision will be final.
We are taking maximum care to satisfy our esteemed customers.
Prices quoted are inclusive of all taxes.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

❌ We don't take any returns and exchange of sold goods.

This policy applies because:

Fireworks are classified as hazardous explosive goods under the Explosives Act, 1884 and the Explosives Rules, 2008.
Once sold, fireworks cannot be legally taken back into stock, re-stored or re-sold.
Temperature, humidity and handling during transit can affect the safety of returned fireworks.

4. Verify All Items at the Time of Delivery

⚠️ The customer must inspect and verify all items at the time of delivery, in the presence of our delivery person, before accepting the order. Please count quantities, check product names and inspect the condition of every packet. Once you accept and sign for the delivery, the order is considered complete and correct.

Any mismatch, shortage or visible damage must be raised immediately at the doorstep, before the delivery person leaves.
We will correct or re-send the mismatched item on the spot wherever possible.
Complaints raised after the delivery person has left the premises will not be entertained under any circumstances.

5. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or above to place a booking.
You must possess a valid Indian mobile number reachable during booking confirmation and delivery.
You must provide a complete, correct delivery address within Chennai city limits.
By booking, you confirm that fireworks are legal to purchase and use at your delivery location under local laws, Supreme Court guidelines and Chennai police orders.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all taxes.
Prices, offers and product availability can change without notice.
Accepted payment methods: UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Bank Transfer, Cash at delivery.
We do not accept any online payment on our website. Our team will share UPI / bank details separately after booking confirmation.
Bookings are processed only after payment is received and realised in our account (or arranged as cash on delivery with the team's confirmation).

7. No Cancellation & No Refund

❌ Bookings once confirmed cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given, except where a specific item is unavailable — in which case only that portion of the amount will be refunded at the time of delivery.

8. Safe Handling & Use of Fireworks

Fireworks are inherently hazardous. By purchasing from us, you accept full responsibility for safe storage, handling and use. You agree to:

Store crackers in a cool, dry place away from children, flames, sparks and electrical sources.
Light fireworks only in open outdoor spaces, away from homes, vehicles, animals and flammable materials.
Follow all Supreme Court of India timings and decibel rules, and Tamil Nadu Government / Chennai Police guidelines on fireworks usage.
Supervise children at all times — fireworks should be lit only by adults.
Never attempt to re-ignite a cracker that fails to light.
Keep water or sand ready as a precaution.

Ayyan Fireworks Chennai shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss or legal consequence arising from improper storage, handling or use of the fireworks after delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability under any booking is strictly limited to the value of the goods supplied in that specific booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, loss of enjoyment, or any claim arising from use or misuse of the fireworks purchased.

10. Disputes

In case of any dispute, the company's decision will be final. We are taking maximum care to satisfy our esteemed customers.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on ayyanfireworks.com — including text, logos, photographs, product images, design and code — is the property of Ayyan Fireworks Chennai and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of this website without written permission.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delay or failure to fulfil a booking caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, cyclones, heavy rain, floods, government restrictions, bandhs, police orders, fires, accidents, pandemic-related restrictions or any other force majeure event.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of any booking or use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any revision. Placing a fresh booking after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
